You only need to do one of the two:

These need to be managed at least once a week, so do not need to do both in one day.

Board Management Guide

Goal: Making sure tasks are still being worked on, have due dates, and are in the right place.

Procedure:

  1. Go to the Action Trello
  2. Find the Tasks in Progress Column
  3. Scroll down to your teams category (i.e. Programming)
  4. You will look over each task and look for the following things:
    1. Overdue: If you see an overdue task, comment with “This is overdue, do you need an extension?”
    2. Overdue by 2+ Weeks: If there already exists a comment and the task is very overdue, remove the person on the card and move it back to the respective column/category (i.e. Bug tasks go to bugs, other tasks in To Do). You can remove the person by clicking on their icon and from the pop-up click remove from card.
    3. No Due Date: Comment on their card that they need to add a due date.
    4. No one on the card: Move the card to the respective column/category
  5. Optional: Once Tasks in Progress has been managed, you may feel free to examine the other categories as well.
    1. You only need to check if those assigned to the cards have a due date
  6. Post in the #meeting-notes channel on the white discord
    1. General notes of accounting how many tasks were managed
